Prosecco Fizz recipe

Our light and refreshing Prosecco Fizz gives the classic Italian sparkler an extra dimension. With minimal effort and simple ingredients, it’ll leave you more time for you to impress your guests – perhaps with our BABA ganoush or beetroot hummus. Just an idea we thought we’d throw in!

You’ll need: a highball glass


25ml vodka
15ml lemon juice
25ml mint syrup
125ml Prosecco
25ml raspberry syrup
Garnish: three raspberries


1. Fill a highball glass with cubed ice along with three raspberries dotted between the cubes.
2. Add the vodka, lemon juice, mint syrup and Prosecco to the glass.
3. Finish by drizzling over the raspberry syrup.
