This year, our good friend and actor Sam Heughan is debuting his new book, ‘The Cocktail Diaries’, so we’ve crafted a menu inspired by the rich legacy of Scottish storytelling, featuring bold Sassenach Spirits whisky and wild Scottish gin and truly unforgettable flavour.
