Our latest cocktail menu takes inspiration from Robert Burns and the great and the good of Scotland, featuring thoughtfully crafted serves that reflect landscape, literature and local spirit.

Expect warming whisky-led classics, fresh orchard flavours drawn from the Highlands and a refined non-alcoholic option celebrating Scotland’s growing zero-proof craft – each designed to be sipped, savoured and shared.
