Berry Crush recipe

The arrival of spring calls for a BABA-berry celebration, and there’s no better way to welcome the season than with our Berry Crush cocktail! A perfect balance of sweet and sour, this recipe is sure to impress your guests as you embrace the warmer weather. So, raise a glass to new beginnings and the joys of the season!

You’ll need: a coupe glass, a Boston shaker, a Hawthorne strainer, a fine strainer


Three raspberries
Three blueberries
50ml Absolut Vanilia vodka
25ml Chambord
50ml cranberry juice
25ml egg white
Garnish: one edible flower


1. Chill your glass – you can either fill this with crushed ice (and discard before you pour in the cocktail) or freeze for 30 minutes.
2. Add all of the ingredients to the Boston shaker and shake hard to incorporate the egg white.
3. Double strain into the glass and garnish with an edible flower.
